1. Pre-Orders & Payment
All hoodie orders are final and must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We do not accept “pay later” unless Afterpay (or Zip) is selected at checkout.
2. Pre-Order & Pickup
This hoodie is a pre-order item. You’ll be notified as soon as your order is ready for pickup from our designated location. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way!
3. Returns & Exchanges
Due to limited stock, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please check sizing carefully before placing your order.
4. Damages or Issues
If your hoodie arrives faulty or damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos and your order number. We’ll happily replace or refund where applicable.
5. Sizing & Fit
Our hoodies are oversized/unisex fit. Please refer to our size guide before purchasing.
