Appointment Policies
Please read the following policies carefully. By booking an appointment with Blossom Beauty, you agree to all terms and conditions listed below, along with any additional policies provided.
Appointments
• Please arrive on time to your appointment.
• Clients running more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment cancelled and charged a 100% cancellation fee.
• If you are running late, please notify us via Instagram DM or text as soon as possible — however, we cannot guarantee we will still have time to complete your service.
• All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled via your booking link/account only.
• Please arrive with clean lashes/brows and no eye makeup.
• No wet fake tan is permitted. If you arrive with wet tan, your appointment will be cancelled and charged in full as it damages salon furnishings.
Cancellations & No Shows
• A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the booking total.
• Future bookings may be declined until outstanding fees are paid.
• By booking, you agree that your card on file may be charged for any cancellation or no-show fees.
Payments
• Payment can be made via cash or card.
• All services must be paid in full upon completion.
• We do not offer refunds on completed services.
Surcharges & Additional Fees
• A 10% surcharge applies on Saturdays.
• A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.
• Late night appointments may incur an additional fee where applicable.
